Fewer spreadsheets.
More game design.

Add the SDK and you see how many people play, where they hit a wall and what happens right before they leave. Reports built around your game’s questions.

Built for our own games first. We made it at RedRock Games for TIC.EXE, The Fog & Flask and our other projects. Now it is open to everyone.
02 / The big one

Not just a chart.
A ready-made
task to fix it.

Every hour the issue detector looks for spots where players struggle, where they leave, or where something looks like a bug.

  1. 1
    Spots the problem

An error, a hard spot or players dropping off.

  2. 2
    Explains what is going on

Shows the context and the player’s path.

  3. 3

What does a good D1
actually look like?

Compare your retention with similar games of the same genre and platform, using anonymised aggregate stats.

A segment is shown only when it has
at least 5 games from 3 studios.

No individual project’s data is ever exposed.

Offline, events wait in a queue and are retried. JS keeps up to 5,000 events; Unity queues them on disk.

Which games can I connect?

Browser games on CrazyGames, Yandex Games, Poki, GameDistribution, itch.io and VK Play, plus Electron and Steam builds. Unity 2021.3+ has a UPM package: Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and WebGL.

What do I need to get started?

Sign up and add the SDK: a script tag and init with key, endpoint and build. For level progression add levelStart and levelComplete. Or hand the setup to Claude together with the skill.

What happens without internet?

The JS SDK keeps a queue of up to 5,000 events and retries sending them. In Unity the offline queue is stored on disk.

How do Issues work with Claude?

Every hour the detector analyses your data and writes a ready-made task for the fix. You can copy it and paste it into Claude. A separate skill helps Claude add the SDK, events, remote config and surveys.

Can I keep a Steam demo apart from the full game?

Yes. Demo, playtest, beta and full editions are tracked separately, so you can look at Steam demo data apart from the release.

What data do you collect about players?

An anonymous random ID with no cookies. IP addresses are not stored: only the country is taken from them. Data is kept in Russia under a controller–processor model per 152-FZ and GDPR.

Who is my game compared with?

With similar games of the same genre and platform, using anonymised aggregate stats. A segment is shown only when it has at least 5 games from at least 3 studios.

Do I need a card? Is there auto-renewal?

No card for Free: 3 games, 1M events a month, 90 days of retention and 2 members. Pro is 990 ₽ a month or 9,900 ₽ a year. There is no auto-renewal.
