1. Who processes the data

The data controller is RedRock Games — developer and publisher of Zombie Protocol, No Mercy, No Sanctuary and TIC.EXE.

For anything related to your data, write to info@redrockstudio.ru.

2. What data is collected

When you email us. We receive your email address, the name or signature you used, and the contents of the message. We ask for nothing else and there is no registration: the site has no forms, email is the only channel.

When you simply open the site. Anonymised technical statistics are collected automatically: page requests, referrer, approximate city-level location, device type, operating system, browser, screen resolution, plus IP address and cookie identifiers. We only ever see this as aggregated Yandex Metrica reports and do not link it to a specific person.

What the site does not collect. There are no sign-up, payment, comment or upload forms. We do not collect payment details, identity documents or phone numbers, and we do not request access to your camera, microphone or location.

3. Why the data is needed

Email — so we can answer you: discuss cooperation, hand out keys to press and streamers, address a question about a game.

Statistics — to understand how many people visit and which pages interest them, to find broken pages and slow spots, and to see where people hear about us.

We do not sell data, do not pass it to advertising networks and do not use it for personalised ads. The site makes no automated decisions that would affect your rights.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use two groups.

Technical. The site itself stores only your chosen interface language (Russian or English) so it does not have to ask every time. This never leaves your device.

Analytics. The site runs Yandex Metrica counter no. 112505606. It sets its own cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones and to count visits. Session recording (Webvisor) is deliberately switched off: mouse movement, clicks and screen contents are not recorded.

You can opt out at any time: block cookies in your browser, enable “do not track”, or use the official Yandex Metrica opt-out at yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out. The site keeps working — no feature depends on cookies.

5. Who else can access the data

Yandex — as the web analytics provider, processes anonymised statistics under its own terms: Yandex Metrica terms of use.

The hosting provider — the server that physically holds the site keeps technical access logs.

The mail provider — correspondence to info@redrockstudio.ru passes through it.

Data is disclosed to authorities only on a lawful, properly issued request. We share or sell it to no one else.

6. How long data is kept

Correspondence is kept while it may still be needed for work — usually up to three years from the last message, then deleted.

Metrica statistics are stored by Yandex for the periods its service defines. Server access logs rotate within a few weeks.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what data about you we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or have processing stopped. You may also withdraw consent — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

An email to info@redrockstudio.ru is enough. We answer such requests within 30 days. Please write from the same address you used before so we can find the correspondence.

8. Data protection

The site runs over HTTPS with a valid certificate; access to the server and mailbox is limited to studio staff and protected with keys and passwords.

Absolute security does not exist online, which is why we deliberately collect as little as possible: less data, less risk.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data about them. Two of our games contain violent content and are rated 18+, which is marked on their pages.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to Steam and other external resources. Following them puts you under those services’ policies, for which we are not responsible. The Zombie Protocol trailer plays from Steam’s video servers, so pressing play sends a request to Valve.

11. Changes

We may update this policy — for example, if a new service or form appears on the site. The current version always lives at this address; the update date is shown below.
